The ROLE
- Provide the administration function for civil construction projects.
- Liaises with sub-contractors regarding their insurances and contractual requirements.
- Assists with timely monthly financial reporting including accruals and monthly cost reconciliation.
- Issues Purchase Orders for project and ensures invoices/delivery dockets are matched to these.
- Ensure all project costs are correctly coded in JobPac, and all invoices are signed by authorised persons.
- Processes and batch’s approved invoices into JobPac.
- Preparation, collation & management of weekly payroll reports for all site personnel.
- Any other duties or tasks as reasonably directed.

About YOU
- 3+ years' experience in administration and knowledge of construction industry practices.
- Excellent organising and time management skills.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Proven knowledge and fluency using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using JobPac or similar costing system (highly desirable)
- Willingness to travel intrastate and work across multiple project sites as required
- Current Drivers Licence and Construction Industry White Card
