Nobul is working with multiple clients, from boutique insurance builders to national companies, who are seeking experienced Insurance Site Supervisors across Queensland. Your knowledge of QBCC regulations and organisational skills will be vital as you will be overlooking a team of trades. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality on all finishes. The successful candidate will be able to comfortably and confidently communicate with clients, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure quality results on every repair job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site and provide an accurate estimate to reinstate works, for both minor and major building losses
- Communicating clearly and regularly with all stakeholders
- Preparation of reports and quotes on allocated jobs
- Complete assessments and scopes of insurance damage
- Programming and co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers to conduct a high quality repair
- Meet KPI’s as set by all clients
- Ensure estimated work is completed in compliance with QBCC regulations
- Maintain good records on a computer-based work system
- Prime, Endata and other various insurance platform experience desired
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- Working knowledge of QBCC and WHS regulations and criteria
- 2 years' experience as an Insurance Site Supervisor
- Great organisational, time management and communication skills
- Key attention to detail, ensuring all works and repairs are completed to the highest standard by all trades
- Self-drive and results focused attitude
- A current drivers licence
- A trade background preferred
