With multiple construction projects nationally, we are seeking
Civil Construction Concreters to join our successful project delivery team. Opportunities are available for motivated, committed, reliable workers who have the capacity to travel interstate.
Key Accountabilities
- Safe and efficient set-up and operation of tasks to achieve production requirements.
- Concrete compacting, installation, and finishing.
- Understanding and application of concreting standards.
- Basic steel fixing and form work.
- Uses power tools when required.
- Operates and maintains vehicles and equipment.
- Performs manual tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintains site housekeeping and disposes of waste materials.
- Loads and unloads construction equipment and materials.
- Performs other construction duties as required.
- Participates in a team environment and assists team members when required.
- Work to a FIFO roster.
Essential skills & qualifications:
- Experienced Civil Concreters with all round skills in formwork and steel fixing.
- Construction industry White Card essential.
- Valid class C licence essential.
- Candidates must be physically fit for labour intensive work.
- Certificate III in concreting desirable.
- Dogman ticket desirable.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be willing to perform other duties within qualifications and capacity.
- Willingness to increase your skillset.

- The right to work in Australia and ability to travel for work (FIFO roster).
Successful candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening. In addition, candidates are required to complete pre-employment online inductions. Employment is subject to satisfactory completion.
Civil Group will arrange travel from your nearest capital city (point of hire). It is your responsibility to make your own way to the designated POH for mobilisation.
