We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data and reliability professional to lead innovation as we begin digital transformation across the Asset Management landscape.
As Principal, Asset Health Digital, you will lead a team of technical SME’s and consultants to develop and deliver sensor, acquisition, integration and data products, working closely with our developer and data scientists to deploy predictive and prescriptive maintenance solutions for our mobile and fixed assets.

Reporting to the Manager Asset Digital and working in a challenging environment within our newly formed Digital division, you will need to be able to embrace diversity, seek perspectives counter to those you prefer, trust your team, and create highly inclusive routines for them and your partners while delivering on the below:

Development and deployment of our Heavy Mining Equipment & Fixed Plant asset health platform across all sites.

Working closely with Maintenance Planning & Engineering to design/select and deploy sensor technology to monitor relevant failure conditions

Work closely with the Data Science and Maintenance Tools team to deploy advanced data products, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Work with site stakeholders, business analysts and technical Subject Matter Experts to manage operational and capital funded projects.

Lead an incredible team of technical experts.
What you’ll bring

Reliability or Asset Health experience

Exposure to time series and asset health systems (PI, Aveva, mTell, MHM, Foundry etc)

Experience in delivering similar programs

A solid understanding and experience with working with Information, Systems & Technology, Architecture, Data Engineering to deliver scalable & sustainable solutions
