Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.
Your day will involve:
- Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems
- Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
- Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
- General yard housekeeping and maintenance
What are we looking for?
- Front End Loader Ticket and White Card
- Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 10-12 hour shifts as required
- Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
