As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.

Your day will involve:
- Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
- Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
- Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
- Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards
What are we looking for?
- Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
- General Construction Induction Card
- Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment
- Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
