About the Opportunity - Permanent Fulltime Opportunities
Reporting to the Site Administration Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing reception, guest services, accommodation and administration support to the Village Manager and leadership team on-site. These are permanent fulltime roles working a 2:1 FIFO swing from Adelaide or Port Augusta airport.
About You
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a FIFO Site Administrator
- Previous experience with Site Accommodation software packages such as Inflight, SAMS, INX etc.
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be working front of house and passion for hospitality and customer services is required.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office package
- The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a hands-on role
- Class C, Manual Driver’s License
- Able to pass a medical and drug screen

- Complete Civeo paperwork and provide relevant documents, including a Police Clearance less than 6 months old
- Complete Pre-Employment Medical & Drug screen
- Complete all Site and Civeo inductions - online and face to face
- Issued uniforms and contract
- Fly to site on start date
