· Epping based with work on various sites around Melbourne

· Salary $85,000 -100,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) plus superannuation

The Role
· study drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
· ordering and selecting timbers and materials, and preparing layouts
· cutting materials
· assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts
· erecting framework and roof framing, laying sub-flooring and floorboards and verifying accuracy of structures
· assembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to install
· constructing concrete formwork where necessary
· repairing existing fittings where necessary
· working with plastic laminates, perspex and metals
The Successful Candidate
· AQF Certificate III highly desirable
· At least two years proven post qualification experience
· Highly developed communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
· High level of accuracy in cutting, assembly and installation work
· Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve targets and foster a good team environment
· Attention to detail and highly developed time management and organisational skills to cope effectively with competing demands and a significant volume of work
· Current Driver’s licence
