Polytechnic Victoria has established itself as an eminent provider of vocational education to international and Domestic students. Polytechnic Victoria is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified trainers/assessors to deliver MSF30322 - Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in our carpentry courses
- Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Developing and updating training materials and resources to ensure they meet industry standards
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support as required
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in training and assessment requirements.
To be successful in this role you should hold:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent a must
- Qualified and experienced cabinet maker with a minimum 3 years of experience
- A Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Construction industry: 3 years (Required)
