We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Site Manager to assist with all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Junior Site Manager will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Manage the operational components of the Project Management Plan including, but not limited to:
- Deliver the project on or better than the contract program.
- Deliver the project within the budget or better.
- Achieve a defects free completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
