The role

Snooze, in the Mile End Home centre is seeking a Delivery Offsider/ Warehouse Team Member in order to conduct customer deliveries and product install/assemblies . The position is an important customer facing role in the Snooze product supply chain.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

- A car license is required to operate (at times) the store Light Truck and vehicles with a safe driving history;

- A courteous manner toward customers;

- A good fitness level with an ability for manual handling often heavy, bulky goods;

- The ability to assemble bed frames and furniture;

- The ability to load and unload goods from trucks;

- Sound IT /systems skills are required to assist with stock management. Customer service experience is advantageous.

The role involves general warehouse assistance in order to operate the store warehouses & logistics. With natural overlap into the retail store operation, Snooze values genuine team players for a positive, successful team operation!

This Role will commence as a casual position with opportunity for a permanent position . Saturday work may be required at times.
