The Position:
ASCOT GROUP is looking for a qualified Carpenter to join us working on a 6 month assignment (with the possibility of becoming permanent) in Maryborough QLD. This role requires undertaking refurbishment work with an Aged Care client.
Our carpenters are offered full-time ongoing work on the books, Monday to Friday work, with the occasional weekend work. If you are looking for a work-life balance, to be paid every week, on-going stability, then this is the job for you.
What we are looking for:
- Experience Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience post trade school, with the ability to deliver a quality finish to work completed
- Previous experience across commercial sectors or running own residential business would be highly regarded
- Multi skilled in areas of carpentry, plastering, tiling, and caulking highly valued
- Living in Maryborough region
- Hard working and can-do attitude
- In possession of a Trade appropriate vehicle and tools
- Ability to use technology, including email; we use various computer systems and apps for our building projects
- Current Australian driver's licence (mandatory)
