This role could support any of the listed divisions and would have the opportunity to grow into a role where they would specialize in a trade in the long term. Our divisions include the following:

Candidates should model character (ability to be trusted), chemistry (ability to work well with others) and competence (ability to work with skill). Attention to detail, pride in your work, reliability, and good attendance are necessary for the role. The ability to travel is a plus. This role works primarily indoors and workload is consistent year-round.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation. This role works throughout West Michigan regularly. Ability to work throughout Michigan a plus (compensation for travel provided).
- Eligible to work in the US
- High School diploma or GED
- General familiarity with construction tools and materials. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and use hand tools.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to perform basic math
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds or more occasionally
- Must be able to see details at close range
- Will work for prolonged periods standing in a variety of conditions
- Must have good manual dexterity, good sense of balance, good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to perform work on scaffolding and / or ladders
- Must be able to work at heights in powered lifts
- Must be able to work at or above shoulder height for extended periods of time
