Incat is looking for qualified tradespeople to join our Welding, Fabrication and Fitout teams.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Attributes

Welding and Fabrication

Trade Qualification - Cert III Engineering
Experience as a welder and/or fabricator, preferably with previous aluminium experience
Working knowledge of hand and power tools
The ability to interpret technical drawings
Great communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to a safe work environment
Full and current Australian working rights

Fitout

Trade Certificate in Cabinet Making, Shop Fitting, Carpentry, Joinery
Experience in commercial or residential interior fitouts
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal direct supervision
Good attention to detail with the ability to follow set working procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent high-quality work in a team environment

Payrate - $38.50 - $41.50 per hour depending on skills and experience.
