As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing contractual agreements within a dynamic project environment. You will ensure the effective execution of construction and service contracts while optimising key stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance within industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, negotiate, and manage construction and service contracts.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and addressing contract-related issues.
Monitor and track contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Provide guidance on contract modifications, extensions, and terminations, ensuring alignment with the goals of the projects.
Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimise supplier selection and performance, with a focus on equipment and services.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or Supply Chain highly regarded.
Proven experience in contract management within the mining sector particularly with construction and service contracts.
Strong understanding of contract law and best practices, with specific experience in project environments.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with contract management software and tools
