Senior and Intermediate level Contract Administrator positions are available with builders and developer/builders on projects ranging in size from $50million to $250million in size.

We are dealing with companies who have secured new work and are looking to add to their teams. The projects undertaken by the businesses differ in nature but each offers longer tem work with positive outlooks in place and further opportunities identified.

The roles will differ depending on whether you are relavant for the Senior or Intermediate roles. The Senior CA role involves the full range of Contract Administration duties across head and subcontract matters on projects in the $100m - $250m range. Crucial to your success in the role will be your ability to not only carry out the CA duties but to do so in a manner that is more effective & efficient than others without getting bogged down in detail. This will include the timely letting of contracts and all subsequect cost reporting.

The intermediate role will see you act as a stand alone CA on projects of aprox $50m. You will overview the projects from start to finish. You will support a Project Manager and work closely with the wider site teams. Your role will operate across all areas of the CA function relating to the project. This will include the letting of contracts, cost reporting, variations, RFI's and progress claims.

As the Senior CA you will have experience on projects of $50m plus and have a well developed sense of commercial acumen. Your results oriented approach and ability to work with senior project members will see you fit within a successful site team.

The intermediate CA is expected to have at least 5 years experience ideally with a commercial-industrial builder in Melbourne. You will be looking to further develop your career as a CA with a dynamic and expanding business and can produce the effort and results to justify this development. You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen and a good construction knowledge to fit within the existing team.

Remuneration will depend on experience but strong performers will be recognised.
